We get a lot of interest and calls from recruitment agencies, however, all areas of our business have a Preferred Supplier List and recruitment is no exception.
We prefer to recruit new candidates directly to Teva through this website and our other social media activity.
A large number of our potential candidates are recommended through family and friends of our employees through our Employee Referral Programme. What's more, wherever possible, we believe strongly in promoting the talented employees we have already working at Teva.
We’re also fortunate enough to be approached directly by many candidates, as we are well known in the pharmaceutical industry.
We occasionally enlist help from recruitment agencies who are on our Preferred Supplier List.
We’ve worked hard with our suppliers to build mutually beneficial relationships and we make sure that this is based on trust and respect. Our agencies are always briefed fully on the roles we need them to work on, therefore we don't accept speculative CVs.
Please note that any CVs that are emailed in to the business directly, and not via our recruitment portal, will be considered to be the property of Teva, and any agency that does send speculative CVs relinquishes all rights to that candidate to Teva.
We have no plans to review our Preferred Supplier List at the moment, and we do not take cold calls from agencies who are not on our Preferred Supplier List.
